9:16. നാളെ ഇന്നേരത്തു ബെന്യാമീൻ ദേശക്കാരനായ ഒരാളെ ഞാൻ നിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ അയക്കും; എന്റെ ജനമായ യിസ്രായേലിനെ ഭരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നീ അവനെ അഭിഷേകം ചെയ്യേണം; അവൻ എന്റെ ജനത്തെ ഫെലിസ്ത്യരുടെ കയ്യിൽ നിന്നു രക്ഷിക്കും. എന്റെ ജനത്തിന്റെ നിലവിളി എന്റെ അടുക്കൽ എത്തിയിരിക്കകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ അവരെ കടാക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തിരുന്നു.

9:16. "At this time tomorrow I will send to you a man from the land of Benjamin. You must consecrate him as a leader over my people Israel. He will save my people from the hand of the Philistines. For I have looked with favor on my people. Their cry has reached me!"
